I hope I can handle what I just signed up for...

Ok, so in the title of this post I've used incorrect grammar - don't judge me. It sounds more powerful this way. Oh, and for future reference, if in my posts I incorrectly use words, punctuation, grammar, sentence structure, etc., I did it on purpose.

So Nicaragua... Am I nervous? Yes. Excited? Definitely. I can barely believe that I'm moving to a different country in 11 days (except that it's been the most painstaking year-and-a-half-long process). I'm going a bit crazy - there's so much to do and even more to think about. I'm heading to San Diego on Sunday to visit family, then back to Minneapolis for a few days for what I'm sure will prove less-than-enough time to pack a bag for a couple of years and hop a plane to DC for staging (5/5-5/7). We leave for Managua early on 5/7...then the difficult part begins.

I'm going shopping - too much pressure.
